If you arrive to the salon 15+ minutes past your scheduled appointment time we may ask that you

reschedule your services.

Services rescheduled due to lateness require a 15% rescheduling fee.

We require more than 48 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling

of any appointments.

Services rescheduled or cancelled

within 48 hours or less of a

scheduled appointment require

a 25% rescheduling fee.

Services cancelled the day of a

scheduled appointment require

a 50% rescheduling fee.

Services that are not confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled

at any point require a

100% rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling fees are based upon the

$ amount of the scheduled services.
